Kris King received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University in 1994. Following college, he began working for State Farm Insurance as an auto claim representative. While still working for State Farm, he attended the University of Tulsa College of Law graduating in 1999. He continued to work for State Farm both as an auto claim representative and as an attorney, managing bad faith litigation. He left State Farm for private practice in 2010.
Kris has a diverse practice with an emphasis on civil litigation. Kris has tried numerous cases to jury verdict across numerous counties in Oklahoma. He has also participated in all types of alternative dispute resolution across Oklahoma and feels this is an effective way to resolve your litigation.
Kris handles all types of first- and third-party insurance litigation, trucking, premises liability, construction disputes, bad faith litigation, products liability, agriculture law, oil field litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, sexual assault litigation, coverage analysis, labor and employment law. In addition, Kris also practices in estate planning and probate law.
Kris practices in all State and Federal Courts across Oklahoma and is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association. He is also a member of the insurance law section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
