Eric Begin

Mr. Begin is a native Oklahoman trial attorney who has been practicing law in all Oklahoma State and Federal courts since 1994.  He graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration, and received his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994.  

He represents local, regional, national, and multi-national clients in all litigation and alternative dispute resolution settings.  In addition, he has represented individual and organizational clients before several regulatory/administrative agencies.  His broad practice areas include Transportation, Professional Liability, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, Employment, Commercial, Subrogation, and Insurance litigation.  He has tried several dozen cases to juries throughout Oklahoma.


In addition to his practice, Mr. Begin has been active in the Oklahoma legal community serving on several committees, including the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Civil Procedure Committee since 2009.  He is also a member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel (OADC), previously serving as President and a Director of that statewide organization for several years.  He is also a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, and the national organizations Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and Defense Research Institute (DRI).

Mr. Begin has taught continuing education programs to claims professionals, attorneys, and judges on a variety of subjects.  He has been recognized by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell with a Preeminent AV rating.  He has been recognized as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer for several years by that publication.  He is also an Associate in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Mr. Begin is married and has two children.  He is an avid sports fan, and previously coached little league baseball and basketball teams for several years.  He has been active in the civic community, serving in multiple charitable organizations, and on the National Alumni Board of his undergraduate university.
